3. SMS Terms and Conditions
Program Description
Phillips Sanitation may send SMS messages to existing customers regarding trash pickup schedules, service reminders, billing updates, service delays, customer service notifications, and promotional offers based on our established business relationship. You may opt out at any time using the methods described below. By continuing to receive messages after the initial notification, you provide prior express written consent to receive automated marketing text messages from Phillips Sanitation specifically.

Phillips Sanitation may contact existing customers via SMS based on our established business relationship. Customers may opt out at any time. For new customers or those who opt in through forms, Phillips Sanitation obtains prior express written consent for all marketing messages.
